Pre-hire queries
For pre-hire queries (reservation or quote enquiries, questions about our products and services, etc) contact our Reservations team.
Clearly state your query in the subject header and provide as much detail as possible.

Post-hire queries
For all post-hire queries (billing, collections etc) contact our Customer Services team.
Clearly state your query in the subject header and provide as much detail as possible, including your reservation number and driver ID where possible.
(We aim to respond within 7 days for UK queries and within 10 days for worldwide queries)
